During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, a team of physicians from the Pulmonary and Critical Care Division and the Department of Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital came together to form FLARE. Their goal was to review the rapidly evolving literature on SARS-CoV-2, with an emphasis on critical care issues. I joined the team in the fall of 2020.
